1. SHIPPING POLICY

• UK Orders: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all physical orders within the United Kingdom.

• International Orders: For shipping to destinations outside the UK, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Ebooks & NFTs)

• Delivery: Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

• Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products (Ebooks) and blockchain-based assets (NFTs), all sales are final. Once a download link has been accessed or an NFT transferred, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

3. REFUNDS & RETURNS (Physical Goods)

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please notify us at hello@usekiikebana.com within 48 hours of receipt regarding any issues.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• How to Return: Please contact us at hello@usekiikebana.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
